It is ideally suited for both year-round and vacationing. It encompasses 1476 acres of gently rolling hills and over 31 miles of hard-surfaced roads. We have a lodge that provides year round activities as well as weekly dinner specials. Our community also provides a large pool open in the summer months, tennis courts, several children play areas many boat docks and 24/7 security.  Our 2 lakes provide boating and other water activities in the summer months with fishing year round.  Our rolling hills and unique homes make Lake Wynonah a sought after vacation and year-round living community.

There is a children’s playgroup, bible studies, civic events, summer bash events that last all weekend and much much more.  It is truly a magnificent place to live and play no matter what your age or family situation. In addition to the above Lake Wynonah is one of the best values in Pennsylvania. The modest yearly maintenance fee provides us with amenities and features other communities can’t match!  Most pay much more and have considerably less.  What we have to offer! A very dedicated full time maintenance staff to keep our community safe and operating smoothly. Complete and timely snow plowing of all our over 31 miles of hard surface roads so you can always get out and around. We also have some of the best school systems in the area with the school buses picking your children up in many locations within the lake. Close to shopping and only 30 min. from reading, or Hershey.
